    OBJECTIVE

Focusing on employee engagement, we were asked to strengthen self-sustainable attitudes, behaviours and mind-sets to improve customer service quality, and deliver an exceptional five-star guest experience that constantly delights customers.

    FANTASTIC SOLUTION

The training relied on different fun and inspiring methods:

    • High-energy, live games and interactive, fun activities that promoted Fantastic behaviours, group feedback sessions and presentations.
    • Each participant received a workbook to capture and retain their thoughts to reinforce learning and allow them to reflect on their learning experiences back in the workplace.
    • The Fantastic team created a range of activities to take away, reinforcing and actively reviewing learnings beyond the course, ensuring sustainability of the programme and new attitudes.
    • 8 x 2 hour sessions were delivered over 4 days by a Fantastic facilitator.

The company stated that, “100% believed that the content of the programme was delivered at ‘expert knowledge’ level”, and were so delighted that they have invited us to roll-out the programme to a further 2,500 employees and deliver targeted Fantastic Managers coaching sessions.
